Wrestling Time

It is wrestling season again. Craighton has been wrestling the last three years, and he has won a metal at every single tournament. (Yes, I am a bragging/proud mom.) This picture was last week, he won a silver metal and as you can tell by the look on his face, that he really would of preferred that he won the gold. He is a big strong kid but he doesn't like to lose, guess that's the Barnes coming out in him. Imagine that.

Halloween at Dillans

Home Sweet Home

I thought I would post a picture of our house because some of Brandon's relatives and friends haven't seen it yet. And we are pretty proud of the landscaping job that we both did. I found out that I really like my office job after working out in the heat for a few weekends.

A Day at the Races

Keenan's Seventeenth Birthday

My little boy is all grown up. I couldn't have asked for a better kid, Keenan has always been such a sweetheart. Of course he hasn't been perfect, after all he is a teenager, but I love him and am very proud to be his mom. He is such a good big brother and Craighton knows it.

It's Always Fun At The Lake

Some of my most favorite times have been at the lake with Brandon. We love to just go cruising when the water is smooth and the weather is nice. We have spent a lot of time at different lakes the last three summers with really good friends. We keep talking about selling the boat but it is Brandon's baby, he would live on the lake if he could.

Teacher and Students

My boys love riding with Brandon, they have been learning from the best. Riding and practicing has been a good bonding experience for all of them. I ride on the front with Brandon every now and again, but I prefer sitting on the tailgate of the truck watching them practice and have fun. (By the way it is safer on the tailgate!) I didn't ever get the chance to see Brandon race, but I love watching him ride and I know how much he misses it.

Moto Days

MX is definitely a family sport. Craighton has won first place at Cedar City, and Sandy Valley, and was 3rd at Price and 8th at a big race in Delta. We are going to get him on a 80 next year, he thinks he needs to go faster! Keenan has been doing really well also, he started on a 80 three years ago and then he raced Brandon's Kawasaki 125 and about 8 months ago we bought him a Yamaha 250. He has been racing in the Junior class and has been getting faster and faster every race.
